Dr. Jamal Gharavi completed his medical education in Iran and worked as a specialist pediatrician for more than 18 years until he moved to Canada with his family. After years of offering parenting programs through family life education for parents, he pursued his interest in the field of naturopathic medicine and completed his training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
His main professional experience in medicine with knowledge of naturopathic medicine led him to have a broad understanding of health conditions. Dr. Gharavi is devoted to the prevention and treatment of disease using an integrative, evidence-based approach to medicine. Using the principles of naturopathic medicine, he employs various natural modalities, including herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, diet and lifestyle counseling, acupuncture and health psychology. Dr. Gharavi has a special interest in pediatrics, chronic diseases, digestive issues and allergy.
He is a licensed naturopathic doctor from Ontario College of Naturopaths (CONO), also he is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
